About Coulson Excavating
Coulson Excavating was formed in Loveland Colorado in 1949 by C.H. Coulson. The success and longevity of this company has always hinged on our top quality work and our ability to accommodate complex asphalt/excavation needs. The company is currently owned and operated by C.H. Coulson’s son and grandson, Richard and Ken Coulson.
You always know when you are working with Coulson Excavating that you’re working with a professional, veteran staff who want to leave you satisfied every time. With crews doing pipe work, dirt work, crushing and two asphalt facilities, we can handle projects of any scale!
Coulson Excavating does not perform any bridge or concrete work, however we have long-terms partners we can work with to make your project seamless. We sub-contract traffic control, striping, concrete, guardrails, lighting and testing.
We are also actively involved with Colorado Asphalt Pavement Association (CAPA) and the Colorado Contractors Associations (CCA)
While we have no fixed territorial boundaries, Coulson typically operates anywhere from DIA north to the Wyoming border and from the Nebraska border west to Steamboat Springs.
